Description

AC resistance welding controller based on microcomputer. LCD display welding current, welding specification numbers set time. It can memorize 15 different materials and thickness of the work piece welding specification. Paragraph 3 is energized mode, a current ramp slow down function. The use of primary, secondary constant control mode,the power supply voltage variation. It can balance three phase input voltage. It improves power factor. Power consumption will be less compare to single phase AC Welding machine. The welding current will control in millisecond through PWM method.
