Idler Roller Conveyor Welding Machine

Twin head idler welding machines are manufactured in different version. The simplest machine being the one where the loading/unloading is done manually and the job is also clamped manually and the job is also clamped manually with the help of hand wheel. Advance version is being the one where the total operation is automatic including loading/unloading & clamping/decamping. In all version, once the start push button is pressed, the welding is completed in automatic fashion and the machine stops after predetermined overlap.
