Our Welding SPM is made in line with end-user requirements.Projection welding is a form of resistance welding which uses pressure and electrical current to join two or more metal parts that have been designed to meet at one or more specific points with the maximum amount of contact. This allows for more efficient welding with less energy and greater weld strength.The diameter ranges from 100 to 800 μm depending on the beam diameter, the material, and the laser power. The spot welding process can be divided into four phases: heating, melting, melt flow dynamics, and cooling. Depending on the intensity, evaporation of material may occur.
