Description

Plate Type Wet Scrubber offer single or multi stage plate scrubberin SS / PP + FRP construction.An impingement-plate scrubber is a vertical chamber with plates mountedhorizontally inside a hollow shell. Impingement-plate scrubbers operate ascountercurrent particulate matter (PM) collection devices. The scrubbing liquidflows down the tower while the gas stream flows upward. Contact between theliquid and the particle-laden gas occur on the plates. The plates are equippedwith openings that allow the gas to pass through. Some plates are perforated orslotted.
