Motorized Venetian Window Blinds

Electric or motorized simply means that the blinds are operated by an electric motor. This can be done in different ways: the motor can be powered by disposable or rechargeable batteries, or have fixed wiring. You can operate the window coverings using a remote control, a wall switch or a push button. Rather than being connected to a string, motorized blinds have a tube installed up top that lifts the shade up. The battery fits above that and connects to a motor for power. If you're concerned about the look of your motorized blinds, batteries are the most elegant option, as their placement makes them unnoticeable.
