Wire Drawing Continuous Plants

The Continuous Wire Drawing Machine is a multi drum, multi-die wire drawing machine which is equipped with drawing and cooling function. The drum is casted with friction resistant material. The surface is ground by spot welding and internal side treated by compulsory water cooling device.The wire-drawing process consists of pointing the rod, threading the pointed end through a die, and attaching the end to a drawing block. The block, made to revolve by an electric motor, pulls the lubricated rod through the die, reducing it in diameter and increasing its length.Wire drawing occurs when the valve disc and seat position operate for extended periods of time close to the shut-off point of the valve, and the water flow erodes or scores a pathway in the seating material that remains when the valve closes tight to the shut-off position.
