GF 20 Ring Making Machine

The GF 20 Ring Making Machine is a semi automatic electric unit that bends steel rods from 4 mm to 16 mm thick - it runs on 415 V three phase power and drives its 1440 rpm motor at 2.2 kW. The unit forms 25 - 30 rings each minute. A steel frame plus hardened gears keep the bend angle the same from the first ring to the last - the output fits rebar rings, stirrups and column cages on site. The frame measures 80 cm × 70 cm × 90 cm but also weighs 180 kg - two handles and solid rubber wheels let two workers roll it across a slab or lift it into a pickup. Contractors as well as steel fixers who need repeatable rings use the GF 20 for daily shifts - sealed bearings and an oil bath gearbox give several years of service without major repair.
