Single Head DPC Machine (75 mm Coil Diameter)

High precision all geared 3 – speeds DPC strips covering machine ideally suited for large-scale accurate production with quality finished in normal strips. Reception drum is fitted with a reduction gear head for pulling the finished materials. Provision for speed changing according to the percentage of covering is incorporated in gearhead. A hand lever is provided with the machine by which gradually increased and decreased the machine speeds. One attachment is fitted with the machine for layer winding with the automatic reverse of strips at the end of each layer. A mechanical clutch device is fitted with the machine for tensioning the w strips according to the dimension. Chain & Sprocket system is incorporated from gearhead to tensioning unit and coil winding unit, v– belts & gear system is also incorporated inside the spinner tray.The machine is complete with ebonite plate for the paper pad, paper pad tensioning device with two nos. general dies for top & bottom tray, rough & final coil carrier, v-pulley etc. and detailed specifications are mentioned in the catalog.
