In these machines, both the fabric and the dye liquor are in motion, thereby facilitating a faster and more uniform dyeing.Polyester yarn's dyeing mechanism is based on the physical incorporation of disperse dye to the fiber/yarn structure. The yarn structure is opened by heat energy, then dye molecules penetrate into the amorphous regions and finally the structure is closed.
